The normal dose of Letrozole is 5mg, which is taken orally. It should be taken for five days each month, from day two to day six of your menstrual cycle. Day one is the first day of your menstruation (when you begin to bleed). To achieve the optimum effects, take this pill at the same time every day.  Letrozole fertility treatment is determined by several factors, including the underlying reason for infertility, the individual's reaction to treatment, and the healthcare provider's recommendations.
